While many people of today’s world find themselves lost in a quagmire of confusion, there remains a remnant of people that have received specific directions and understandings as to today’s season of God. This remnant finds they are marching to the sound of a different drummer as they are separating from the many sounds of a corrupt fallen world. In separating from these many worldly sounds, why is it just a remnant? Could that be the results of a trumpet sounding but a people unable to receive or understand the meaning of its sound? This lack of understanding makes the sound one of uncertainty. While opportunity is given and the voice of God released through these sounding trumpets is available, there remains a rejected opportunity by the majority. Why, could it be because the tune, the melody sounding with specific instructions has remained a foreign sound because of rejection? This means that the carnal ear of institutionalized religion does not nor cannot hear distinctly that which is heavenly in its soundings and its nature.
When a person does not have an ear to hear what thus saith the Lord, the inspiration that comes from carnality is a certain sound that encourages people to remain deaf, dumb, and blind to the sounding message of God. In this regard, carnal man and his religious ways not only fight against God, but they put man in the place of not knowing the truth of God’s word. Rom. 8:5-6, “For they that are after [a destination to be reached] the flesh do mind [set affection on] the things of the flesh [religious or otherwise], but they that are after [a destination to be reached] the Spirit the things of the Spirit [a new nature from God]. For to be carnally minded [minding the things of the flesh] is death; but to be spiritually minded [yielding to the new nature] is life and peace.”
This speaks of a definite separation concerning living after life in Christ or living after life in the realm of death. This means for God’s remnant people that there is a knowing and understanding that separates them from the religious world of carnality. Is this carnality the position of much of the Christian community as they follow these deceptive doctrines? Doctrines that people have built places of worship around while remaining a limited people with half-truths and deceptive constitutions. This stand removes from them the power of God’s word. In this, the impacting understanding of God’s heavenly order, His divine government that removes man from the realm of death, is lacking. This leaves a people unable to have a pure understanding of God’s word as only the Holy Spirit is able to enlighten. 2 Tim. 3:16-17, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God [God in-breathed – that which God’s nature is], and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God [one who becomes Christ-like in nature] may be perfect [fitted], thoroughly furnished [equipped] unto all good works.”
The above scripture gives an understanding that, regardless of knowledge, doctrine, and natural understandings, without spiritual enlightenment, each vessel needs to know a separation from these facets of carnal religion. The greater need is for each vessel to receive another nature, that is, the nature of Christ manifesting from within the changed vessel. This means, for much of the Christian community that separation from their religious carnal mind-sets become necessary (not using old wine skins). Following up on separation there remains a need to relate to God, not from man’s natural intellect, but from the mind of Christ, the new nature that consumes the whole man, spirit, soul and body. The ones who are so willing become a class of people known as Gods elect. These, though once strangers to God’s ways now are elect according to God. 1 Peter 1:2, “Elect, according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood [redemption through Christ’ sacrifice and death to carnality] of Jesus Christ; Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.”
The elect of God, chosen through obedience and being separated from a corrupt world consumed with carnality, will bring judgment to that world. Judgment is very much-needed for the cleansing of corruption from the world, then establishing a world for God’s kingdom to come. These elect are those who know the transforming power of God that enables them to manifest the nature of Christ before the entire world. While many continue to reject the sounding message of these elect, it places them into a wilderness of tribulation and desolation. This word “desolation” speaks of a life lived full of bondage to carnality and death. We should also take note that creation itself is groaning for and awaiting a release from such bondage while seemingly rejecting God’s source of deliverance. In this, they reject God’s way and purpose to maintain their own ways.
Rom. 8:19 & 22, “For the earnest expectation [anxiously looking with outstretched head] of the creature [creation] waiteth for the manifestation [unveiling, uncovering, denoting they are visible] of the sons of God [the elect]. … For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.” In this, all of creation is waiting for Gods elect to come forth with His purpose in their minds. That is, a coming forth as God’s judgment with but one purpose. That purpose, the defeating of all carnality in all its expressions to establish God’s kingdom on earth.
A present-tense movement from around God’s throne is even now manifesting itself in the earth realm. A movement because Gods elect, with a Christ-like anointing, are ministering according to God’s purpose. Therefore, a certain trumpet is sounding, heralding forth a time of judgment resulting in a time of tribulation. Joel 2:1-3, “Blow ye the trumpet in Zion [concerning the elect, Zion speaks of God’s dwelling place in man] and sound an alarm in my holy mountain [pure church]: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh [time of God’s judgment, His wrath, His vengeance], for it is nigh at hand; a day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains [man-made kingdoms]: A great people [symbolized by locust in Joel 1:4] and a strong. There hath not been ever the like; neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations. A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth; the land is as the Garden of Eden before them [vision of God’s restoration], and behind them a desolate wilderness [destruction of man-made kingdoms, carnality]; yea, and nothing shall escape them.”
This above scripture symbolizes the army of God’s elect that brings judgment with purpose. A trumpet is blowing in Zion, a sounding message is declaring the now approaching revelation of the Christ as His elect manifests the mind, the nature of Christ in preparing a world for Gods approaching kingdom. This nature releases judgment that shall and is establishing God’s kingdom on earth.
“Clouds” as spoken of in the above scripture types and points us to the glory of God, including the vehicle, His elect, through which He is making an appearance. Therefore, let us take note of the times of God that are upon us. Heb. 12:1, “Wherefore, seeing we also are compassed about [surrounded] with so great a cloud [a throng] of witnesses [those whose lives witness to the power of faith – not just spectators], let us lay aside every weight and the sin [sin nature] which doeth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.” Thus, a people, the elect of God purposed to run the race that imparts God’s glory, a manifesting of the Christ-in-us nature. Col. 1:25-26, “Wherefore I am made a minister, according to the dispensation [stewardship or administration] of God which is given to me for you, to fulfill the word [become the expression or instrument] of God; even the mystery [sacred secret] which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest [brought to light] to His saints.”
This speaks of a great and mighty people sent forth from God in the Spirit without measure. Those who have died to self and now have Christ manifesting in them. These are moving in the mind of Christ because they have matured into the nature of Christ. The fire of God, His perfecting power has consumed all wood, hay, and stubble within them as it purifies the gold, releasing the Christ nature from within. These elect of God are those who hear the revelation from God and because of spiritual maturity now live it. It is by responding to the revelation concerning God’s elect that finally releases them as manifested sons of God. Beginning from the Old Testament saints on through to this “last day” people of God He now fulfills His stated purpose. Deut. 14:2, “For thou art an holy [separated, set apart] people unto the Lord thy God, and the Lord hath chosen thee to be a peculiar [a treasure] people unto Himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.”
Then Peter, receiving knowledge of Gods increased new covenant through the sacrifice of Jesus, sees that purpose coming into fulfillment. 1 Peter 2:9, “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people [specified as God’s possession, or acquisition], that we should show forth the praises [virtues] of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvelous light [underived and absolute].” What seems impossible to man in his own religious strength and natural ability is possible and only possible as God fulfills His mysteries in a people, that is, Christ-in-us. Col. 1:27, “To whom [those who receive God’s released revelation] God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
In light of the revelation for understanding that God is releasing to the church today, what is the need? When considering that the church of our day has fallen into a place of having a form of godliness but are manifesting none of its power (authority) therein revealing the need. They have become a church that has fallen into a realm of carnality while trying to please God through modern day mind-sets that remove them from God’s true ways. Remember, there is but one way, not many. God’s way is only through Jesus and He crucified. This means that modern day self-helps, humanistic psychology, nor philosophies of the carnal mind can ever replace what God Himself made available, the sacrifice of His only begotten Son. Where is the spiritual growth that comes from maturity? Maturity seems to have disappeared, with the exception of a remnant of people who are separated from the carnality that the world in general still calls “the church”.
Heb. 5:12-14 expresses some of the need, “For though by this time you ought to be teachers, ye have need that one [a certain one – the Holy Spirit] teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles [utterances] of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not strong meat. For everyone that useth milk is unskillful [without experience] in the word of righteousness; for he is a babe [not old enough to speak]. But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age [one who has maturity as to qualification]; even those who by reason of use [result of long practice] have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil [man’s fallen nature – depraved].” “Babes” seem to be those of today’s leadership within the Christian community. Babes unable to speak the truths of God’s word, as spoken by the Holy Spirit, with revelation and spiritual enlightenment.
True discernment is also a missing ingredient from among most of the Christian community. With the carnal mind dictating the direction many are taking, their ability to discern the evil is missing. This means that many will refuse to see how they miss the mark of God’s purpose by not maturing into the available mind of Christ, the Christ nature. This places a people into a category of reverting from any spiritual experience with Christ, back to depending upon carnality as a way of life. 2 Peter 2:21-22, “For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them. But it is happened unto them according [the fulfillment of] to the true proverb, the dog is turned to his own vomit again [depending upon self and the carnal mind]; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.” To those who have had any true spiritual experience with Christ, it is unto them that God shouts out loudly, carnality and modern day self-helps is not a new way to Christ.
Conditions, as they exist among the church and throughout the world in general are placing a premium upon the need for the coming of Joel’s army. The time has come as the sixth day age of God is near to a close. This six day, prophesied of by many of God’s prophets and ministers, is now come. As this day is closing out, the events that are still waiting for fulfillment are coming quickly. Notice from Matt. 17:1-3 & 5 an event concerning Jesus and His elect taking place that will usher in God’s seventh day kingdom. “And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into a high mountain apart, and was transfigured [to change the form, changing to a new condition] before them: and His face did shine as the sun and His raiment was [became] white as the light [underived and absolute]. And behold there appeared [to see with the eye] unto them Moses [the law, typing those to be raised from the dead] and Elias [Elijah, typing those transformed without dying] talking with Him. … While he yet spoke, behold, a bright cloud [Shekinah – God’s glory] overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, this is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye Him [the consecration of Christ as priest, prophet and king].”
The above scripture points to the affect the coming Christ has upon the next coming age. A remnant from God, the elect, even as Joel’s army are come to prepare the way for the greater coming of God’s Christ. First, as a company of the elect, the first-fruits of God’s harvest bring judgment to a corrupt and dying world. In swallowing up carnality and death, they shall, as a cloud of witnesses, reveal to the world God’s glory which rest in the coming Christ (head and body), that is, them knowing the transforming of the whole man, spirit, soul, and body. That is to say, a new natured people presented to the world while manifesting God’s glory. In this, the completed Christ comes forth in glory.
Take note of the following as spoken in the above verses from Matthew:
This transforming event takes place after six days (6000 years).
- The elect, Gods chosen remnant, now taken apart with Christ into a high mountain of understanding and the revealing of Christ in His glory.
- This high mountain points to the elect that now see Him face to face.
- In this high place in Christ, God’s glory is revealed as the Christ is transfigured, changed into a new condition, spirit, soul, and body. (This points to the transformation of the completed Christ, both head and His many member body).
- The cloud speaks of God, with Moses, those raised from the dead, and Elijah, those transformed without dying, with all speaking with a common voice, a pure language. Matt. 24:14, “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached [proclaimed through manifestation of God’s glory from the elect] in the entire world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”
- These who hear God’s voice through a bright cloud of elect witnesses manifesting the Shekinah glory with the Father and revealing before the nations God’s glory as the Father goes before them. Joel 2:11, “And the Lord shall utter His voice before His army: for His camp is very great: for He is strong that executeth His word: for the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?”
God’s elect is called to come forth in preparing the world for this next coming age. These elect are coming forth as a judging army to bring desolation to the dying corrupt world while preparing it for the coming of God’s seventh day. The seventh day is a time when God’s kingdom is ruling over the earth. Therefore, come forth-mighty God in the appearance of your army, the elect of the Father, come forth. 2 Peter 1:16-18, “For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made know unto you the power and coming [presence] of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of His majesty. For He received from God the Father honor and glory, when there came [was borne, was brought] such a voice to Him from the excellent glory, this is my beloved Son [a relationship with the Father], in whom I am well pleased. And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with Him in the holy mount.”
This event took place after six days (also pointing to 6000 years – a span of time until the fulfillment in His elect), with the Christ (the elect) being changed into a new condition. This speaks that Jesus become a seed to bring forth a harvest of like-kind sons, the elect who also know the experience of transformation. These elect are those coming forth as a trumpet of God sounding loud in the midst of Zion. What are you hearing and to whom are you responding? The appearing of God’s elect is come.
