A Year of Certainty

Time, established by God for His purpose, ushers in the seasons formatted by Him in which He brings forth the fulfillment of that for which He has already eternally established. Humanity, affected by each season’s purpose, according to that for which God has planned, rather pro or con, finds self in the position of choice. That is, to choose, in agreement with the season’s purpose or to rebel under the covering of self and all selfish desires. In other words, are we to remain being our own man or are we willing to allow God to fulfill in us, His purpose for that particular season? To those who yield themselves to the ways of God, a certainty exists for all overcomers. This word “certainty”, is a word from the dictionary that speaks loudly to us with this meaning, “the quality, state, or fact of being certain (fixed, settled or determined). Certainty suggests a firm, settled belief or positiveness in the truth of something”. Thus, a people of certainty, in overcoming self, find himself or herself moved by a higher power, possessing and manifesting God’s seasonal purpose. God is well able to fulfill all things that He has spoken.

In truth, time has brought another season upon humanity, a season that shall affect each vessel according to their stand in responding to the purpose revealed. Humanity, in each present tense season begins to hear a sounding trumpet, the revealed word of God as it brings forth a proclamation of God’s activity. With the sounding of each trumpet, a necessary requirement begins to take place. (Read Ezek. 12:17-28) especially noting verses 27-28, “Son of man, look, the house of Israel (representing today’s carnal house of man’s religious activities) is saying, the vision that he sees is for many days from now, and he prophesies of times far off. Therefore say to them, thus says the Lord God: None of my words will be postponed any more, but the word which I speak will be done, says the Lord God”. God is speaking of a time brought forth as the results of humanity’s need for judgment. But also a time when, by the uncovering of false teachings as they come forth from the foolish prophets and teachers, the captives and the prisoners are to be set free. A very important question to ask is, what time and season is the Christian community in today? What are the sounding trumpets now proclaiming? In this remember, God has promised His people a certain season, a time of rejoicing as He establishes His kingdom here on earth. The prelude to that manifesting kingdom is called the Year of Jubilee, the fiftieth year Day of Atonement, which ushers in the greater feast, which is the last of God’s three main feasts. “Prelude” is a word meaning, “anything serving as the introduction to a principal event, action, performance and opening”.

God, in establishing His certain feasts, first promoted them among the Children of Israel and is now bringing them forth in a greater fulfillment through His church. These feasts, established by God for increased fulfillment, have and are now releasing the authority of each particular feast, as each affects humankind. A trumpet is now sounding and the Feast of Pentecost is now to usher in the greater feast through God’s Day of Atonement and is pointing to the Year of Jubilee. What is this Year of Jubilee to accomplish where the church is concerned? Lev. 25:8-10 declares, “And you shall count seven Sabbaths of years for yourself, seven time seven years; and the time of the seven Sabbaths of years shall be to you forty-nine years. Then you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement you shall make the trumpet to sound throughout all your land (your land, consider your being, body, soul and spirit as your land). And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land (your body) to all its inhabitants (the church). It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession (what did we lose in Adams fall?), and each of you shall return to his family (your God given inheritance)”. This word “liberty” used in the above scripture expresses complete freedom, release and a setting free. This is a people released from the sin nature.

Here, it would be well for us to remember, that the Year of Jubilee takes place in the fiftieth year that speaks of the number fifty, a number, which brings into focus the Feast of Pentecost. Pentecost, the receiving of the power of the Holy Spirit, was the feast that took place fifty days after the Passover Feast. This association of Pentecost reminds us of the anointing power of God which brings forth the ability and is sufficient to put an end to all flesh, which is the sin nature, the carnal mind of man. This transformation shall bring God’s church into the glorious liberty as God’s Year of Jubilee has typed it. At the sounding of the silver trumpets (pointing to redemption), the God purposed message that is declared is announcing the greatest of all feast. This sounding out declares and manifests the return of all things to there original status. Land (our whole bodies) are to be restored back to their created purpose, a people made in God’s likeness and image, a coming back into a restored living soul. Those who have become slaves to all types of bondages are to be set free, each liberated to express the Christ nature from within. This is an over-shadowing of man’s makeup being reconciled back into each vessels purpose in God. (Read I Peter 1:1-13) taking notice of verses 3-5, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time’.

The word “salvation” as used in the above scripture speaks loudly of “deliverance, preservation, soundness, prosperity, happiness, rescue and general well-being”. This definition speaks of much more than the forgiveness of passed sins, but it is a renewing of the complete man. This word used is both in a material, temporal sense and in a spiritual, eternal sense. This speaks of man’s spiritual well-being and a present possession looking for a fuller realization in the future. We should note that around 6000 years ago, Adam fell and since then 119 Year of Jubilee trumpets have blown. In this light, today’s sounding trumpet of the Year of Jubilee is the announcement of the 120th blowing. This 120 is a number God uses in reference to “the end of all flesh”. Therefore, God is sounding out today’s message declaring man’s available deliverance from the bondage to sin and man’s freedom from the sin nature. This deliverance also speaks of the restoration of man’s inheritance, meaning that a total change is taking place. Here, concerning all overcomers, they enter into God’s total redemption plan.

Note that during this announced season of God, the Day of Atonement and a movement takes place as the High Priest moves beyond the veil, a movement that takes him from the Holy place and its feasts into God’s Holy of Holies and its feast. The sounding of a trumpet, a declared message releases the last of God’s three main feasts, the Feast of Tabernacles. This released feast, now coming forth from God, ushers in the manifestation of His spirit through overcoming men that appears as a life-style of unity, of righteousness, of peace and joy. It also includes the ingathering of God’s people into His rest, restoration and the Christ appearing through the saints. With the Feast of Tabernacles being the third sounding of the 120 trumpets, we should note that the number three speaks of completion. This act of completion corresponds with the seventh (last) trump, which announces to the whole of creation, God’s kingdom is come. Rev. 11:15, “Then the seventh angel sounded: saying, the kingdoms of the world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever”. “Kingdoms of the world” speaks to us of and describes a world system alienated from and opposed to God, a world that is under the power of God’s adversary. This is that order which works and expresses itself through all fallen men of this worlds entitled man, that which manifest the sin nature. This last trump is the message of full salvation for all overcoming men’s spirit, soul and body. (Read I Cor. 15:50-54).

At this time, a season of God’s purpose, the last trumpet means for humanity that a season for the end of all man’s flesh is come. The word “moment” as used in those verses in Corinthians speaks more of “atoms” being changed. This shall become a reality as God’s glory fills His many-roomed mansion, His temple that overcoming men have become. This means that the carnality of all men’s yesterdays carnal ministries of mixture shall cease and never minister in God’s temple again. Are we, as a people who are overcoming, becoming God’s temple? In this, God’s season of change shall manifest a glory unto all God’s creation as it comes forth. Herein the knowledge of God shall cover the earth completely. Isa. 11:9, “They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain (Christ and His body, God’s temple); for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea”. This effectual kingdom results as man’s soul becomes again a living soul, sanctified, resurrected and filled with the nature of Christ.

As yesterday’s season passes unto another, the new day season of God, the passing order or season is revealed as a church that still sees with a mixture, that is the in-part order the Apostle Paul speaks of. However, with God’s new sounding trumpet, one that is declaring God’s new season, it is now revealing that mixture for what it is. II Thess. 2:8, “And the lawless one will be revealed (the carnal mind and the sin nature), whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth (God’s spirit and word manifesting through the body of Christ) and destroy with the brightness of His coming (His glory living and being revealed through the Christ, head and body)”. God has revealed His word in exposing carnality as this same word is manifest through the many member body of Christ. It is for this reason God has supplied a scapegoat. Lev. 16:10, “But the goat on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat shall be presented alive before the Lord, to make atonement upon it, and to let it go as a scapegoat unto the wilderness”. This act, a type of Christ Jesus, signifies for all overcomers, the paid sacrifice is because of His death and resurrection. This act, the fulfilling of the scapegoats purpose, speaks of the removal of the overcoming man’s sin nature. This speaks of the overcomers who have passed through the veil of man’s corrupted flesh, his carnal mind, that soul which this corruptible world has produced. It also speaks of a new birthing that births God’s new “living soul” creation man. This birth brings forth God’s man-child, which is being birthed to stand before God in His throne-room, a man-child moving in and manifesting, no longer the sin-nature, but the nature of Christ for God’s entire creation to behold. This scapegoat makes available and prepares man to overcome, to know the removal of the sin-nature and to follow Jesus through the veil of our flesh into the Holy of Holies. How could this be possible but by the end of all our flesh, that which is being accomplished as the sounding of the 120 blowing silver trumpets release that authority. Heb. 11:19-20, “Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way  which He consecrated for us, that is, His flesh”.

Herein rest our year of certainty, which God has purposed, a ushering in of each season for it’s fulfillment until now we are hearing another sounding trumpet. The Day of Atonement, the Year of Jubilee is now ushering in the Feast of Tabernacles. In God, we have a sure thing. While darkness abounds, God has already spoken with our certainty. Isa. 60:1-2, “Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and darkness the people; but the Lord will arise over you and His glory will be seen upon you”.
